What can SimplyAgree do?

We're so glad to see that you're using SimplyAgree! You may be wondering what SimplyAgree can do and why it is better than the old-school closing processes that you've been using for years.

SimplyAgree makes it easy to:

• Create signature packets
• Send PDF and electronic signature packets to be signed
• Compile documents

Create signature packets

Once your signature pages are finalized, you can upload your documents to SimplyAgree (whether the body of the document is finalized or not). By designating signature pages and assigning signatories to each page, SimplyAgree creates both PDF and electronic signature packets for each signatory.

Send PDF and electronic signature packets to be signed

Once your signature pages have been designated, you have the option to send PDF or eSignature packets to your own inbox or directly to your signatory.

Compile documents

Returning executed signature pages to their transaction documents can be a time-consuming process, but SimplyAgree makes it easy! If your pages were eSigned, SimplyAgree will automatically compile them back into their transaction documents with just one click. To compile hand-signed signature pages, just upload them to our Manage Signatures action button and SimplyAgree will walk you through the compilation process.

Build a professional closing binder

SimplyAgree allows you to create custom, consistent, professional closing binders for any type of deal. Rather than typing out your binder index in Word, you can arrange your documents in your preferred order to build a single-file or multi-file binder that contains a hyperlinked index and bookmarked PDFs.
