Archive or delete transactions

Having your transactions on the Transaction Index page is convenient while those deals are active, but what happens once the deal closes? If you want to hold onto your work product, but you don't need the transaction on your main page, SimplyAgree gives you the ability to archive the transaction. You can always unarchive a deal later.

To archive a transaction:

Archiving a transaction removes it from your active Index view. You can always access this transaction from your archived view. If multiple people are on the same transaction, archiving it will only archive if for you, not the others.

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the transaction card
  2. Choose "Archive".

To unarchive a transaction

If you'd like to return a transaction to the active page:

  1. Navigate to the Archived transaction view
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the transaction card
  3. Choose "Unarchive".

To leave a transaction:

If you didn't create the transaction but you are a participant, you can choose to leave a transaction. This won't affect the transaction contents, but it will remove you from it.

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the transaction card
  2. Choose "Leave".


To delete a transaction:

Deleting a transaction deletes it for all participants.

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the transaction card
  2. Select "Delete"
  3. Type "DELETE" in the pop-up screen
  4. Click the blue "Delete" button
  5. Please be sure you don't need the transaction anymore as we can't retrieve them for you later
