Mutli-select -- bulk document action

If you need to download, delete, or move multiple documents at once, you can use the multi-select option. 

To select some documents:

1. Select the first document by clicking on the whitespace of the document card
2. To select a range, hold down the Shift key and click the last document you want
3. To select a number of non-continuous documents, hold down the Control key on Windows or the Command key for a Mac
4. While holding down that key, select any additional documents you'd like to affect

To select all documents:

1. If you want to affect all the documents, check the "Select all" checkbox next to 'documents' or hit Control A or Command A on your keyboard.

To download multiple documents, 

1. Click the little down arrow icon at the top of the document list
2. You can choose to download the executed document versions, the unexecuted document versions, or just the executed signature pages from the selected documents
3. Once the download is complete there will be a green dot on your notifications icon on the sidebar
4. You can download the pages from there

You can also bulk-delete documents:

1. Select the documents you'd like to delete
2. Select the little trash icon at the top of the document list
3. You’ll be asked to confirm if you’d like to delete the documents. 
4. Please be sure you want these documents deleted as all executed signatures and outstanding signature requests will be lost.

To move multiple documents:

1. Select your documents and drag and drop them to a new position. 

Once you’ve finished making your changes, you can click ‘exit multi-select’’
