Filter documents and sort documents

Please note: any headers you've added will be hidden when you filter and sort documents. They will reappear once you exit the filtered view. You also are not able to reorder documents when they're sorted or filtered.

Filter documents

You can filter your document view by signing status or document type. 

  1. Click the drop-down under “Filter by”
  2. Choose signing status or document type
  3. Click into the “Select” field
  4. Choose your preferred option(s) from the drop-down
  5. Click “Done"

You can select multiple filter tags. If you clicked one by mistake, you can click the ‘x’ on the tag in the white field.

If you wish to return to an unfiltered view, click the ‘x’ next to each filter tag next to “Active Filters” or the “remove all” tag.


Sort documents

You can sort your documents in alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order.

  1. Click on the blue “Sort documents” button
  2. Choose your preferred option
  3. The sorted view will reset to the original upload order if you navigate away from the transaction overview page and back again

If you’d like to set the alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order as the default view:

  1. Click “Sort documents” 
  2. Make the order selection
  3. Click the “Sort documents” button again
  4. Click “Set as checklist order"
  5. You’ll be asked to confirm if you’d like to set this as the default view.

If a filter is applied and you would like to return to the current checklist order, you can either click the ‘x’ next to the filter tag, or select “Checklist order” from the “Sort documents” button.

You can still manually reorder the documents if you’ve set one of the options as the checklist order. Just drag and drop the documents as normal and it will retain the new order.
