View signature packet statuses
A PDF or eSign signature packet can be in various states, and each status is color-coded to help you. A packet can be in several states at once, these bars will have sections of each relevant color. You can also hover over one of the bars and a tooltip will appear with a quick summary of the state of the packet.
- No colored bar:
- PDF or eSign packet Created
- Grey bar
- PDF packet downloaded or sent
- Blue bar
- eSign packet Sent
- Yellow bar
- eSign packet signed and ready for review
- Green bar
- eSign packet signed and accepted or wet ink pages uploaded
