Adding entities
To add an Entity signatory:
- Navigate to the signatory manifest by clicking on the signatory manifest button on the left-hand sidebar. It looks like a tag with a silhouette
Click the blue “
Add New Signatory” button OR click into the search field and start typing a new entity name. If it doesn't match an existing entity, you can click the create signatory button from there.
- Once you've entered the entity name, turn on the
Entity toggle - Select an existing auth rep from the dropdown, or add a new one, then click
Create Signatory 
- Once the entity has been created, you can add more details — like email, or address — by clicking on their name to open the edit panel.
