Changing an entity's authorized representative
Please note: if an authorized representative is currently assigned to a signature page, you will not be able to remove the authorized representative. You must remove the signature page assignment before taking the above steps.
Changes to authorized representatives sometimes change late in a transaction. Luckily, it's easy to change the authorized representative you've listed in SimplyAgree!
- Navigate to the signatory manifest by clicking on the signatory manifest button on the left-hand sidebar. It looks like a tag with a silhouette
- Search for the entity in question using the search bar, then click on the name to bring up that row
- Hover over the auth rep you want to replace and click on the
ellipsison the right of the current Authorized Representative's name - Click "Replace"
- Choose a new authorized representative from the drop-down
- Click "Replace Authorized Representative" from the pop up.
