Assign multiple authorized representatives to one entity

To add multiple authorized representatives to the signature page:
- Enter the entity name
- Turn on the entity toggle
- Add the 1st authorized representative
- Click Create Signatory
- Click the upside-down carrot symbol next to the 1st authorized representative
- Select an existing individual, or type in the new authorized representative's name and click confirm
- Now click the signatory dropdown again and select the 1st authorized representative you added
- You'll now see both authorized representatives added to this page, each under the entity
Change the individual authorized representative on the signature page:
- Click the upside-down carrot symbol next to the current authorized representative's name
- Select an existing individual, or type in the new authorized representative's name and click confirm.
- You'll see the authorized representative has been updated.
Build a nested entity with multiple authorized representatives:
Just like you can assign an entity as an authorized representative to another entity, you can have multiple authorized signers at any level you need. You'll see the option to add that authorized representative/entity pair from the "Add Signatory" drop-down.
- Enter the entity name
- Turn on the entity toggle
- Enter the 2nd entity name
- Turn on the entity toggle again
- Add the 1st authorized representative
- Click Create Signatory
- Repeat as needed.
- If you need to add an authorized representative to the top-level entity, you can do on the Signatory Manifest page and then select them from the signatory dropdown on the signature page.
