Add flag for Notary, Witness, or Original Page required

You have several options for PDF signature pages. Designating a signature page as needing a notary, witness, or original pages will result in an icon next to that document name on the Create Packets page as well as a reminder that this page needs the relevant action on the packet index of the PDF packet, if you choose to use that option.

To mark a signature page as a witness page:

1. Hover your mouse over the signatory who is responsible for obtaining the witnessed signature
2. A small person symbol will appear on the signatory card
3. Click on that symbol
4. You can unflag a page as a witnessed page by clicking the person symbol again

To mark a signature page as a notary page:

1. Hover your mouse over the signatory who is responsible for obtaining the notarized signature
2. A small notary symbol will appear on the signatory card
3. Click on that symbol

4. You can unflag a page as a notary page by clicking the notary symbol again

   

Mark document as requiring original wet ink pages

This can be used in conjunction with our Templates feature if you'd like

1. Open the document you want the origainl siganture pages for

2. Turn on the Originals required toggle just to the right of the Sigatories header
