Select and move documents

To select some documents:

  1. Select the first document by clicking on the whitespace of the document card
  2. To select a range, hold down the Shift key  and click the last document you want
  3. To select a number of non-continuous documents, hold down the Control key  on Windows or the Command key  for a Mac
  4. While holding down that key, select any additional documents you'd like to affect

To select all documents:

  1. If you want to affect all the documents, check the "Select all" checkbox next to 'documents' or hit Control A  or Command A  on your keyboard.

To add documents to your headers

Now that you have your headers in place, how do you get your transaction documents inside them?  You can choose from 2 quick and easy options!  

Option 1:

  1. Select the documents you want in your header - they will be outlined in purple when they are selected. 
  2. Then, drag and drop those selected documents inside the header of your choice

Option 2:

  1. Select your documents using the same process as outlined in Option 1
  2. As you click on each transaction document, notice the appearance of an icon that looks like a bulleted list on the right side of each document card
  3. Click on any one of those icons and add all of the selected documents to the header of your choice
