Display attachments in your binder index

Many transaction documents require exhibits to be attached in order to be considered final (e.g., Officer Certificate). If you've used SimplyAgree's attachment feature to add your exhibits, you also have the ability to add those exhibits as line items on your index!

SimplyAgree's default settings do not list the names of attachments on your index, but it is quick and easy to add! 

  1. Just add your documents to the "Index" column on your Build Binders page
  2. Confirm which attachments are linked to your document by clicking on the green circle with a paperclip inside on your document card
  3. As you look at your listed exhibits, you'll notice a gray star to the right of each exhibit name
  4. If you click on each gray star, it will turn gold. When the star turns gold, that means your exhibit will be listed on your index!
