Create different versions of your closing binder

When a transaction has a buyer and seller party, very often the parties will require different sets of documents when the deal closes. SimplyAgree allows you to create multiple versions of the same closing binder simultaneously! 

To start a completely new binder version:

  1. On the left-hand side of your Build Binders page (in the same section where you add information to your custom-branded cover page), select the small "+" sign at the top of the white box
  2. Select "Create New" from the drop-down menu
  3. Click the blue "Create" button
  4. This will start a brand new closing binder that you can customize for a different party to the transaction
  5. By clicking on the binder nicknames at the top, you can look back at your original binder at any time

To use your current binder as a template:

  1. On the left-hand side of your Build Binders page (in the same section where you add information to your custom-branded cover page), select the small "+" sign at the top of the white box
  2. Select "Primary Binder" from the drop-down menu. This is the default name for the 1st binder version, but if you renamed your binder, just select that name.
  3. Click the blue "Create" button
  4. This will make a separate copy of your current binder that you change and edit however you'd like. The changes to the copy will not affect the original binder version.
  5. By clicking on the binder nicknames at the top, you can look back at your original binder at any time
