Download a previously built closing binder

If you've already gone through the entire SimplyAgree workflow and created your closing binder, you can download another copy of that binder right from the Transaction Index screen. After you've created that first binder on the Build Binders page, you'll notice that a "Download closing binder" button will appear on your transaction card. 

To get another copy of that binder:

1. Click on the "Download closing binder" button
2. Choose the type of binder you want from the pop-up options
3. Choose to save your binder or send a download link
