Send a binder download link

If you want to send a download link:

1. Build your closing binder.
2. When your download is ready (you will see a blinking green dot on the bell icon on your side bar), click "View" to see your options.
3. Select what type of closing binder you'd like.
4. Click the option "Share download link".
5. From there, you will be able to change the expiration and the number of allowed downloads. The default is 7 days to expire and 5 downloads.
6. You can choose to require a password, or add custom messaging.
7. Add any number of email addresses to the distribution (remember to hit "Enter" on your keyboard after typing each email address!)
8. Click "Share file".

Your recipients will receive a professional, custom-branded email from SimplyAgree and they will have the ability to download the binder from there!
