Use the iManage multiselect versioning tool

To use the iManage multiselect versioning tool, you'll need to make sure you've uploaded your documents into SimplyAgree using the iManage integration - you can tell which documents have been uploaded using the iManage integration by looking for a small iManage icon next to each document name.  

As your transaction documents reach their final form in iManage, it's time to use the multiselect versioning tool! 

  1. On your Transaction Overview page, select the first document by clicking on the whitespace of the document card
  2. Hold down the Shift key and click on another document to select a range of documents
  3. Or the Control/Command key and while holding down that key, select any additional documents you'd like to check
  4. Toward the top of the screen, click on the icon that looks like rotating arrows as a magnifying glass to check for new document versions. If there is a new version available, a blue button will appear on the right side of each document
  5. Click on the icon of rotating arrows with a + sign in the middle to import all new versions. 
  6. When all new versions have been imported, a green icon will appear on the right side 
  7. Click on each of the green icons to apply each of the new versions
  8. Confirm the placement of your signature pages by dragging and dropping the green "Signature Page" block below the signature page preview
  9. Click "Add version"
