Download a copy of your PDF or Word packets

To download a copy of your PDF signature packets right from the Create Packets page:

1. Select the checkboxes before the names of the signatories whose packets you'd like to download
2. Click the white "Download " button on the right side of your screen

3. When the loading circles turn into green check marks, click on the name of each signatory to download

   

Word packets

To download a copy of your Word signature packets right from the Create Packets page:

1. Click on the "Packets" header in the white box on the right-hand side of your screen
2. Select the checkbox before the option "Send as Microsoft Word packets"
3. Click the white "Download" button on the right side of your screen
4. When the loading circles turn into green check marks, click on the name of each signatory to download
