Accept and compile executed eSignatures
Once the signatory has signed their eSign packet, there's one more easy step you need to take to compile the executed pages back into the document.
Clicking the 'x' on the signature page preview will reject the signed page and it will need to be resent. If you would like to cancel a packet and resend it for signing, please check this article.
- Navigate to the Manage Signatures page - you'll notice a yellow circle over this button with a number in it. This number indicates the number of eSign pages that are ready for review and acceptance.
- You can preview the executed signature page by clicking on the small page preview. This will open an expanded view where you can check and make sure the signatures and any other fields look correct.
- If everything looks correct, click the checkmark on the page. This will accept the executed page and automatically compile it back into the document.
- You can also click 'accept all' and this will automatically accept all the pages and complete each one back into the correct document.
