When should I start using SimplyAgree?
You have a few options regarding the best time to start using SimplyAgree during the life cycle of your deal!
The full deal lifecycle
- Add documents to your transaction
- Create and send signature packets
- Compile your executed pages back into your transaction documents
- Build a professional, customized closin
The earlier you start using SimplyAgree, the better! Our eSign and PDF signature packets will be useful in submitting formation paperwork to the Secretary of State, obtaining your entity's EIN, and even preparing any election documentation for the IRS! Once that portion of the deal is settled, SimplyAgree will streamline the process of getting your documents executed, compiled, and gathered into a closing binder.
Signing-only workflow
You should create your SimplyAgree transaction as soon as your signature pages are final! With SimplyAgree's document versioning feature, don't worry about uploading documents before they're fully negotiated; you can update the underlying document with just a few clicks.
Binder-only workflow
If you or someone else on your team compiled documents outside of SimplyAgree, or if an outside party (e.g., opposing counsel, title company, etc.) handled document compilation, you can create your SimplyAgree transaction as soon as you have your executed documents in hand! Our Build Binders page allows you to customize your cover page, add a defined terms page, and build your index by creating headers and dragging and dropping your documents into your preferred order.
Regardless of the point in time you decide to create your transaction in SimplyAgree, there are features to take advantage of that will expedite your processes, eliminate duplicative work, and result in a professional, consistent work product.
