What are InstaPages?

InstaPages is a feature that allows you to automatically build fully customizable signature pages within SimplyAgree for a large number of signers or groups of signers.

Rather than typing out your signature pages within each Word document, InstaPages combines the ease of word processor customization with the advantage of templating to seamlessly create perfectly formatted signature pages at a moment’s notice.

When should I use InstaPages?

InstaPages are very useful for emerging company financing transactions (e.g., Series A Financing) where there are multiple groups of signatories (e.g., Key Holders, Preferred Shareholders, Series A Purchasers, etc.).

InstaPages also supports use cases where the same signatories are signing multiple documents (e.g., Buyer/Seller or Borrower/Lender). If you have one or more signatories who are signing multiple transaction documents, InstaPages may work for you!
