Consolidate pages by signer
Suppose a signer is signing in multiple capacities within a signing group, and they are also added to that InstaPage outside of that signing group. In that case, there will be two consolidated pages — one for any capacities signing within the signing group and one for any capacities outside the signing group.
If you have a signer signing the same page in multiple capacities, you have the option to consolidate those signature blocks into the InstaPage, rather than in counterpart. If there are more consolidated signing blocks than fit on one page, they will spill over into additional pages. You can only consolidate pages by individual signer.
When these pages are signed, you'll only need to accept one of the consolidated pages on the Manage Signature page and all those consolidated pages will be accepted. The same holds true for rejecting or canceling a consolidated page.
To turn this on:
- Click a signature block of the signatory you'd like to consolidate
- Turn on the 'Consolidate pages by signer' toggle
