Send test email

Once a packet is ready to be sent directly to the signer, you can send yourself a test email to preview the emails that signatories will receive.

To send a test email:

• Go to the Create Packet page
• Select the packet you want to send (it can be eSign or PDF)
• Make sure Send directly to signer is toggled on
• Add the recipient's email, CC'd emails, and any custom message.
• Click the Send test email button

• Under the Search dropdown, select the signatory whose email you'd like to preview.
• Click Send email.

You'll receive a test email that shows what your client will get when you send the real packet. This test email doesn't contain the signing link and is strictly a preview of the email.
