Supplemental documents
Sometimes you have extra documents in your deal that you need to keep track of but they aren’t closing deliverables and do not need to be included in your closing set. In many cases, this is an exhibit to another document or just a “form of” agreement.
Now, you can organize these documents in your transaction under the Supplemental Documents section to keep them out of the way.
If you need to move multiple documents to or from the Supplemental Documents section, you can use the Mutliselect feature. Just select the documents you want to move and use either method below to move them.
There are two ways to move documents to or from the Supplemental Documents section.
The first way is to drag and drop:
- Click and drag the document you want to move and drop it under the Supplemental Documents header
- If you want to move a document back into the Documents header, just click and drag it up and drop it back into the Documents section.
The second way is to move them with the list icon:
- Click on the whitespace of the document card you want to move
- Click the list icon on the right of the document card
- Select the Supplemental Documents header
- The document will be moved to the bottom of the Supplemental Documents section
- If you want to move a document back into the Documents header, just click select the document and click the list icon. Then select the Documents header.
