Add signatories to your InstaPages
You'll want to add all your signatories to the Manifest Page before you start adding signatories to the InstaPages. You can create the signers directly in the Manifest page, import signers using our Excel template, or from a prior transaction.
Add signers to the InstaPage
- Click on the template Signature block, this will open a side panel on the right
- From the Add Signatories dropdown, you can search for and select existing individuals, entities, and signing groups.
- If you select a signing group, the whole signing group will be added to the InstaPage
You can also create new signatories directly from this panel:
- To do that, type in the new signatory name, if it's an entity, turn on the entity toggle and then enter the authorized representative name.
- Click 'Create Signatory'
How to change the signer order
The order of the signers on the side panel indicates the order the signature pages will be shown in the executed document. To change that order
- Just drag and drop the signers into your desired order.
- Please note: you can't reorder signers within a signing group. You'll need to do that on the Manifest page. The Signing groups have a shortcut to the Manifest page, just hover over the signing group name and click the silhouette with a + icon.
Delete a signer
To remove a signer from an InstaPage, just click the 'x' next to their name. Please note if they've signed that page, that signed page will also be deleted when you remove the signer.
