Multiple Authorized Reps for InstaPages
When using InstaPages and you have multiple authorized representatives assigned to the same entity, both signature blocks will be displayed on the same page. Each signature will still be signed in counterpart — one signature per page — but both signature blocks will be on each page. This is the default behavior for multiple auth reps on InstaPages. The signature card you select will be outlined in purple, and any other auth rep's cards will have a light purple background.
Consolidate by signer when using multiple auth reps.
If you have multiple auth reps for the same entity, and you turn on consolidate pages by signer, the pair of multiple auth reps will be on one InstaPage, and any other signature blocks for that person will be on another InstaPage.
